Chengdu Zoo is located in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province in south-west China.
It is home to 3,000 animals representing 300 species. It is China's fourth largest zoo. The zoo was opened in 1953, it moved to its current location in 1976.
Chengdu Zoo's biggest attraction are giant pandas. The zoo has the territory of 43 acres and 58 giant panda.
